で、オヅラこと小倉智昭である。今回は彼の頭部偽造問題には一切触れない。

かわりに触れるのは、彼が最初に務めていた東京12チャンネル（現在のテレビ東京）をやめ、フリーアナウンサーになった時点で背負っていた多額の借金の問題である。

彼は局アナ時代、競馬実況に関わっていたこともあり、ギャンブルに相当のめり込んでいた。
当然、給与だけでは追いつかない。

ついにはサラ金、そして闇金とかなり危ういところからも相当額摘むようにもなっていた。

やがてその取り立て電話が局内にも頻繁にかかってきだす。（そういう非合法な取立てが野放しにされていた時代でもあった）

これが局内で上層部の知るところとなり、彼はやむなく局をやめた。

このあたりの事情は、同じ頃に12チャンネルにいた田原総一朗がよく知っているはずだ。

その頃、競馬実況での小倉のアナウンサーとしての実力を認めていた大橋巨泉が、自身の事務所に小倉智昭を迎え入れるにあたって、自分の顔馴染みのその筋の人間を介在させて闇金業者と交渉、とりあえず高利であった危ない筋からの借金をだけは整理させた。

つまり彼の発言は自分の過去を述べていたに過ぎないわけである。
