1.ゆでたほうれん草(冷凍もので可)を小口切りにして
鍋に投入、バタで炒める
2.チキンブイヨンを注いで一煮立ち
3.とき卵に粉パルメザンチーズを混ぜたものを投入、
ふわりと一煮立ち

「味の味」という雑誌で見た、犬養智子さんのレシピ。
すぐできるので朝食にもってこいです。
